Lance and Hiver took down their foe within moments thanks to their combined efforts. Looks like things were looking up....and suddenly a flash of light engulfed everyone before noticing the winged beings kneeling before the members of knightfall. It seems they were under Elora's control due to that staff of hers. But with them free, the fighting had stopped and thus they returned to where ever they came from.

Now the next ting was to figure out what to do with Elora and their guildmaster. Lance simply fell back as he was tired from the fighting. Even though they won, he still felt bad about everything.

" So what now...?" he asked nobody in articular as he looked over to Ace and the others.

Suddenly a huge flash of light enveloped them and then, just like that, the fighting stopped. The winged men didn't continue and instead rose to the sky while thanking them for releasing them from the grip of Elora's staff.
Even so it wasn't all happiness and sunshine, although the bright sunlight seemed to think otherwise, not only had one of the angles died but they still had to figure what to do with the whole guild master ordeal. It seemed that Ace had been devastated by the fate of their mistress and who could blame him, nobody deserved to die like that... except for Elora as it would be a delightful case of irony.
"I agree, she deserved better for everything she has done in life," he said while walking over the vampire, "if anything we could bring her back home and give her a proper farewell and funeral. Grind the clay to ash and let the wind take it. Regardless, we're not leaving her here."

Now the battle was over and their foe defeated Ace limped over to the solemn statue as the harsh sunlight started to burn away his skin. He fell by the side of the stone monument throwing his arms around her. That scared look in her eyes the shape of her body matching Elora's this isn't how Ace wanted to remember the guild master. He would have cried but tears are only a gift humans have. He clasped the statue tight his voice firm. "She deserves better than this. This isn't how I want to remember her. I refuse to accept to see her depart in this condition." That Ace simply placed his fingers between hers as if grasping at straws.

Elora's eyes grew wide and scared as her grip of the beings from the heavens was broken. She glared violently up at Ace disgusted by his very existence. The angels however rose above the dragons carried through the air by their mighty wings. The leader among the wing-men spoke. "After years of confinement we are free from her grasp. We thank you wizards for answering our summons. We were bound to her service by a staff she had created to conquer and control us. We could not fight Elora on our own so we sought the help of magically gifted individuals like yourselves. We sent out a request to the closest guild and finally our prayers were answered. There was one before you who tried to free us but ended victim to Elora's cruel body shaping experiments. We too share your grief having lost our comrade in the forced battle. He was burned to cinders so we shall take his sword back to the celestial world with us. Know this dragons we bear no ill will towards you for the loss we have suffered. You were forced to fight as were we and Elora is the one to blame. We must return to our world now and lay our comrade to rest. Your reward will be waiting for you upon your return to the guild. We must return and prepare a funeral for our fallen friend we suggest you do the same." With that they flew off into the rising sun vanishing in the light of day break.

Elora watched as her perfect servants vanished and her temple was destroyed. She had lost many things this day but the sun once again was rising giving her the opening she needed. "You will all pay dearly for my loss. Have you any idea how hard it is to bind celestial beings into service without a contract? The magical council will hear about this and you've no guild master to speak on your behalf. Your guild will burn for this." She spat as her pink hair fell over her eyes.

Ace caught Elora's fist in his open palm forcing it back against the ground. He tore his fangs from the bite marks in her slender neck looking up to his comrades. They were all fighting so fiercely it made Ace proud to be a member of Knightfall. "I couldn't ask for better comrades." He told himself tearing Elora's staff away from her grasp. "Fear not my bothers in arms your bloody battle is at an end." He snapped the staff in two over his leg causing light to erupt over the entire valley. A blinding beacon engulfed the valley lighting up the night sky. Ace held his hand before his eyes trying to block out the very unpleasant bright light. Suddenly a burst of energy came from the wingmen as the next attack the Slayers preformed hit. Sunlight was coming over the horizon signifying the breaking of a new dawn. The angels had ceased their attacks now displaying a sense of honor kneeling to the dragons before them. As the sun was rising Ace's powers were growing ever weaker in the light of day.

Once again he smiled as he struck his target and drew blood, served him right for being such an annoyance. Now it was time to finish it though, but it seemed that the wingman had one more gambit up his sleeve. As he started to move on the downed wingman he was struck by the light spear which struck his shoulder and staggered him briefly.
"I'll hand it to you... you're persistent, i respect that," he told the winged man and returned his knife to its place in his belt, "so let's make it quick, Shadow Dragon's Roar!" As he spoke the last part he quickly pulled down the scarf that covered his mouth and unleashed a torrent of darkness meant to finish it and grant the wingman a quick end after all this.

Elora struggled to get away, but failed to do so since her arm was currently being crushed by a boulder.
"Don't you dare come any closer you vile, insignificant, mindles- AAARGH!" she spat before stopping midway into a scream when the vampire sunk his fangs into her neck. With her free hand she had balled it into a fist and sent a series of punches flying right at his face in desperation to get him off of her - but with no avail.
(Elora - 4)

The Winged man, as agile as he may be, was unable to dodge the furious fists of fire and ice; taking direct hits from the polar opposites. The impact was so great that he was knocked unconscious and fell to the ground.
(Lance - 14
Hiver - 18)

Korsy's foe was also met with an unfortunate end to the battle, having a shadowed dagger shoved right into his gut. Blood flowed freely, even between his fingers as he tried to prevent too much of it escaping. In agony, he too fell from the sky.

Upon landing, he was not ready to give up just yet and a light spear formed in his free hand and he sent it flying towards Korsy; just nicking him on the shoulder.

(Korsy - 18
Korsy's Wingman - 6)

Lance looked at Ace as he spoke to him as if he was a commanding officer. He then looked around as the others fought for their master's honor as well as her memory. It was then his attention was brought to full swing as he felt a slight pain in his foot. A wingmn aimed for him while his mind was elsewhere. He was relieved it was just a scratch otherwise he seriously would have been in pain. Balling his fists, they were engulfed in flames and with his target right in front of him, he planned on returning the favor ten fold.

"Ace is right for a chance....i can't just sit here idle while they fight on. I need to step up my game. I'm a member of knightfall dang it and it's time you understood what it means to feel the burn......Burning dragon rapid fire barrage! " he shouted as he threw a fury of punches at the wingman that stood before him.

So they could use magic? This just got a lot more serious, not to mention interesting. Once their barrages had managed to cancelled each other out he went in for it. Knowing now that he was against a light mage he was less inclined to use shadow magic in a direct confrontation. Coming at them from another angle however, that was a different story. That being said, he was starting to be worn down and he needed to feed soon as the small amount he had consumed before was starting to lose its effect. So he went for something else.
He quickly position himself above his enemy and then came down with his knife brandished. Unlike when he attacked his mistress he had gravity to further accelerate his descend and he came speeding towards the wingman.
"Shadow Dragon's Slash!" he yelled as his left hand was engulfed in darkness as he was about to impact. His plan was to first his the wingman before digging in with his knife and trying to drag him down to earth as well.

Despite Hiver's attack missing his target he still has his speed and momentum build up from the initial techique, As soon as he landed on the ground he imeditately pulled a 180 and headed for his former aopponent attempting to hit him with Frezing Arctic Fist.
